Day 1: Domestic flight to Serengeti National Park
From Arusha / Kilimanjaro, take a flight to Seronera airstrip or Grumeti airstrip in Serengeti where your tour guide will be waiting to pick you up and drive you to your accommodation. Enjoy the short scenic flight.
On arrival at the safari camp / lodge, you will check in, have lunch and after some relaxation, head out for an afternoon game drive, your first on this 3-day safari in Serengeti. The park is known for the great migration, but even when the migration is quiet, the still offers amazing wildlife viewing experiences as it is home to a great abundance of wildlife supported by its lush diverse ecosystem. Dinner and overnight at your safari camp / lodge.
Day 2: Full day Serengeti national park Exploration
The endless plains of the Serengeti are home to different animal and bird species. It is only fair to set a whole day aside to explore the wildlife teemed plains. You will have a morning game drive and afternoon game drive today till sunset with a lunch break in-between.
If you visit during the migration season, expect to see spectacular wildlife sightings of millions of ungulates trekking the plains of Serengeti accompanied by the park’s predators waiting on a chance to pounce on their prey at any given time. Expect to see wildebeests, lions, gazelles, zebras, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, buffalos, topi, water-bucks, hyenas, jackals among others. Dinner and overnight back at the safari camp /lodge.
Day 3: Game drive and domestic flight to Arusha / Kilimanjaro
After breakfast, take on one last game drive as you drive towards the Serengeti airstrip for your domestic flight back to Arusha / Kilimanjaro marking the end of your flying safari.
