Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pickup and Tarangire national park
Following the initial agreed time, our company representative will meet and brief you at the agreed point; explaining about the entire trip before hitting the road for a 3-4 hours’ drive to Tarangire national park; an amazing destination in Tanzania, with the highest concentration of giant elephants, plus several other mammals; prey and predators; birds and a captivating landscape. The drive is very smooth through breathtaking sceneries and lush green plantations. You will arrive at the park in the evening for refreshments, dinner, and a nap.
Day 2: Full day – Tarangire national park
Today, you will start with a splendid breakfast, followed by a 6-7 hours’ game drive across the vast Tarangire national park, composed of a captivating land, plenty of birds, and a magnificent water body.
As you make the turns in the different corners and hideouts, expect to encounter; the giant elephants grazing, buffaloes, giraffes, antelopes, wildebeests, and warthogs among others. Your lunch will be in the wild whereas dinner and overnight come last at the lodge.
Day 3: Transfer to Lake Manyara national park – Evening game drive
After breakfast, you will check out of the lodge for an amazing drive to Lake Manyara national park; one of the finest destination in Africa, situated at the floor of the Great rift valleys, right at the western escarpment, with an array of wildlife, including the unique tree, climbing Lions, and the birders regard it their Home.
On arrival, you will head for Lunch, followed by Birding by the shorelines of the deep shallow soda lake where you will spot and understand the uniqueness of different bird; notably flamingoes, kingfisher, and ostriches among others. Dinner and overnight come last today.
Day 4: Half day game drive and drive to Serengeti national park
At sunrise, there will be an amazing 3-4 hours’ game drive across the fascinating different corners of the park that offers a chance of spotting the tree-climbing lions, elephants, leopards, giraffes, wildebeests, and warthogs among others.
Thereafter, you will return to the lodge for early lunch, followed by an exit to Serengeti national park, while enjoying the captivating views of the magnificent soda lake, Great Rift Valley, and the spectacular crater view while entering the park with a rewarding game drive. This day ends with dinner and overnight at the lodge
Day 5: Full day game viewing
On this day, you will have an energizing cup of coffee, followed by a full day game drive across the Seronera region; an area gifted with the highest concentrations of prey and predators, in addition to her beautiful landscape, an array of birdlife, and captivating landscape. Wildebeests are the dominating mammals here; plus, lions, leopards, warthogs, cheetahs, rhinoceros, buffaloes, elephants, and giraffes; and birds such as the flamingoes among others. You will have picnic lunch, followed by a sunset drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Maasai cultural encounter; Olduvai Gorge and transfer to Ngorongoro crater
This day starts with an amazingly delicious breakfast, followed by a Maasai cultural encounter where you will discover something strange about culture, dress code, and rhythm among others. You will enjoy a heart that is applied in putting a smile on your face, and words on your lips before an optional visit to the famous Olduvai Gorge and finally to Ngorongoro crater; the world’s largest caldera. Dinner and a nap will end the day.
Day 7: Top of the crater hike and game drive
Early in the morning, you will have a hefty breakfast, followed by an amazing hike to the top of the crater; the world’s largest unbroken a caldera, smeared with several mammals such as Africa’s big5 (leopards, Buffaloes, lions, elephants, and Rhinoceros), primates, and several rare bird species among others.
Following the hike will be a picnic lunch, and a game drives. You look out for those rare mammals you missed, birds, as well as fascinating photos.
Day 8: Departure
