After breakfast from your hotel, your tour driver will pick you up and drive you to Lake Manyara national park with your packed lunch as you will straight away go on a game drive once you reach the park premises.

Lake Manyara covers two-thirds of this unique park and is home to famous baobab trees and the tree climbing lions, a rare sight for it is not common for lions to be climbing trees. Lunch break and after continue your game viewing drive not forgetting to check out the unique and scenic landscapes.

At sunset, drive to your safari camp where you will spend the night.

Day 2: Transfer to Serengeti national park from Lake Manyara

Post your breakfast, exit Lake Manyara national park with one more game drive en-route. Have a brief stop at Mto wa Mbu village and then proceed to Serengeti.

You will arrive at your safari camp in the afternoon, settle in, rest a bit and have lunch, after which you will head out for a late afternoon game drive in the endless plains of Serengeti.

Watch the animals at sunset retire from what might have been a busy day in the wilderness. Expect to see lots of wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, elephants, impalas, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, dik-dik, hippos, giraffes, leopards, buffaloes and more.

Dinner and overnight at your safari camp.

Day 3: Transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation area from Serengeti

Have a light early breakfast and then head out for a game drive to explore more of the vast endless grasslands of Serengeti. Animals are known to be more active during the cooler hours of the day, so expect some animal action this early morning like predators on a hunt for their day’s meal, herbivores out grazing and with luck you might catch the nocturnal animals feasting on their night kill.

Later drive towards the Ngorongoro conservation area, have your picnic lunch at a designated safe spot and after go on an afternoon game drive around the conservation area. Overnight in Ngorongoro.

Day 4: Ngorongoro crater drive and transfer to Tarangire national park

In the early morning, you will descend into the crater floor of Ngorongoro crater for a 5-hour long game drive. This massive unspoiled caldera hosts over 25,000 animals in a 260 square km space and hundreds of different species of birds plus a crater lake, Lake Magadi.

With its unique ecosystem and different habitats, you are set for a thrilling game drive. Expect to see the special African big 5, the lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards and the black rhino among other animals like hippos, zebras, wildebeests, hartebeests, waterbucks, gazelles, hyenas, pelicans, flamingos among other wildlife.

Have your lunch by the hippo poolside while enjoying the scenic views and after find your way up the steep walls of the caldera and out of the crater. Take a moment to take in the view of the crater below from the crater rim and then proceed to drive to Tarangire national park.

Check in at your safari camp, spend the rest of the evening at leisure, relaxing and taking in all the wildlife adventures you have been on so far.

Day 5: Transfer to Arusha from Tarangire national park (Departure)

Today you will have a half day game drive in the 3rd largest national park in Tanzania, Tarangire national park famously known as the home of the African Elephants.

The park has the largest herds of African savannah elephants. It is also known for its huge tall baobab trees that stand tall above everything else in the park. Other animals to look out for are lesser kudu, leopard, eland, buffalo, giraffe, oryx, lion, cheetah and zebra.

In the early afternoon, drive out of the park to Arusha. Here your tour driver will drop you at the hotel or the airport. End of safari
